General Return Policy


You can return the items within 10 business days from the delivered date for a full refund or exchange

We reserves the right to reject all returns or exchanges outside the return period of 10 business days.

 

Return procedures:

Please submit a ticket or contact us by email at  s.line.customerservice@gmail.com before you return your item(s). We cannot accept any return without a corresponding ticket.

Please do not send back your item(s) until we reply back to you. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels sent to the incorrect address.

Please provide us:
• Original order number.
• Reasons for return and photo proofs if capable.
• Specification and number of the returned items.

After you send package back to us, please provide us: Tracking Number of return package

* Please do not ship the parcel via any kind of express shipping or courier mailing service. If you do so and customs fees are imposed, we will not be responsible for fee payment. Please only use the standard registered postal service.

* All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit

 

Conditions of Product returned:

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags clearly attached with any related accessories that were included. Product returns that are soiled, have been altered in any way or do not conform to the above will not be accepted.


Products are not accepted for refund or exchange:

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange on
• products which are made to order (Wedding Dresses, Bridesmaid & Evening Dresses)
• Wigs and some products are listed in Beauty and care.


Your product arrives damaged or broken:

If you find the package is damaged upon direct receipt from the courier, please reject it with the reason of damaged package and inform our Customer Service about the issue.

If you find the package or items are damaged after accepting it, please help us by sending clear photos with good lighting for every product affected and description of the issue. We will send you a new one or issue a full refund after confirmation.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items:

We carefully check each order before delivery, however in the unlikely event that you do receive an item that is faulty please contact us for exchange or refund a faulty item without charging postage cost.

Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received.
Please help us by sending clear photos with good lighting for every product affected and description of the issue. We will send you a new one or issue a full refund after confirmation.


Size and colors:

-Size does not match: We have listed all the details about item size on the website. If you find the size do not fit, please check our description and your order information.

-Size not as ordered:   You can contact our Customer Service directly for a full refund or a correct size.

-Size as ordered but does not fit: You can apply for a return, and you would be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

-Color mismatch: The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on our website. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or miss-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color (For example: you order an item in white color but receive a red item), please contact our Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

 

No product quality defect or change of mind:

We offer the refund and exchange instruction. But sorry for that we only accept quality problems and mistake delivery for changing.
We have size chart and lots of clear pictures of products on our website, we hope all the customers look at it carefully before you place the order. 

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise and 10% of product’s price for restocking fee (*).This includes product returns due to the buyer choosing the wrong size/color or because they don't like the item.

 

Cancelation Policy:

-Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.

-Orders cancelled after order has been processed may incur 10% of product’s price for restocking fee.

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped out, please wait until it arrives. Contact us first so we can provide you with a return address. Sign for the parcel when you receive it and then return it unopened to the address we have provided. We will arrange the refund once we receive the unopened parcel from you.

 

(*) Please note: refunds exclude postage charges. The restocking fee is needed to help cover administrative and processing costs associated with returned items.
